BREATH PROGRAM
What’s this program about?
This program will give you the education and ability to utilise the life force that is breathing. Teaching you to understand your breath, manipulate your energy levels, manage stress, and how it affects your entire body. You will be given tricks and hacks that will not just help you with lowering stress and control your heart rate but also help in all other areas of your daily life.
I’ve included a movement aspect to this program that will allow you to see how some exercises can improve breathing capabilities and also help increase mobility when properly connected with the breath.

Why this Program?
We start our life with a breath and we end it with a breath that’s how important breathing is, it’s our life force! I also created this program as we are even more stressed than ever now. People are overstressed with the changing social climate of COVID-19 and we are seeing an extreme rise in anxiety and stress. Now is the best time to prioritise your health and we need to start at the source, the breath. When you understand how the breath affects everything you gain greater power over your own state.
